...the ultimate sacrifice paid by law enforcement officers who give their lives protecting and serving the citizens of our country. They are our heroes. Their families live on and are our heroes, too. The Washington State Law Enforcement Memorial Foundation (WSLEMF) exists to provide support and assistance to the survivors and families of law enforcement officers in Washington State killed in the line of duty. Through the efforts of many, we give honor where honor is due.
