from Them” held June 21, 2009
was again enjoyed by all who
attended. Thank you’s to Beth
Lavin (Shoreline Police
Department) and her committee
for their cooperative spirit and
dedication. (They are also the
group responsible for
coordinating the 2009 IAWP
International Convention in
Seattle!!) June 20, 2009 is the
tentative date for the 3rd
Annual “Run with the Cops; Not
from Them”.

Associations Annual Golf
Tournament. The WSPTA plans
to host the event at the
Wenatchee Golf and Country Club.
Proceeds benefit the Washington
State Law Enforcement Memorial

WSLEMF’s Annual Golf
Tournament held July 26,
2008 at Caledon, A Place
of Discovery, was a day of
fun, friendship, golf, and food!
The committee; Randy Russell,
Frank Kampsen, Brian Johnston,
Deb Prather and Gayle Frink-Schulz
did an outstanding job of
coordinating the details that
assured a successful event.
Thank you to our hosts, to Gary
Santo and his crew for all their
support prior to and on the day
of the tournament. The date for
our 2009 tournament has yet to
be determined. We will keep you
posted!
